Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 145 days. It has been contended that the accusations are in respect of materials which would attract provisions of criminal breach of trust and cheating and the prosecution has forcefully added Sections for organised crime. Petitioner prays for bail on any stringent condition.

Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that against the present petitioner, there are five cases. Petitioner has been successful in alluring number of persons. From the present complainant, a sum of Rs.42,00,000/- was collected by allurement. There are other similar cases and the

petitioner created a matrimonial website for the sake of such allurement, deception and his fraudulent activities. I have taken into account the chain of circumstances placed by the learned advocate appearing for the State and the materials appearing in the case diary. Although petitioner has been granted bail in other cases, but having considered the antecedent of the present petitioner, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the de facto complainant is over. The application for bail, being CRM (M) 387 of 2026, is, thus, dismissed.
