Petitioner contends there was a free fight amongst college students. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Violence in colleges is a scourge. Petitioner is one of the leaders and brought outsiders to the college. He participated in the brutal assault. Some of the students suffered injuries.

In view of the role of the petitioner in disturbing the peace and tranquility of an educational institution and causing injuries on students, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.
