Mr. Sur, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report of SI of Police, Belghoria PS, B.K.P.C. The report reflects that final report has been submitted before the jurisdictional court. In view of the contentions advanced in the report, it reflects that there is no scope for collection of further evidence as the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C was filed before the jurisdictional court. Having regard to the contentions advanced in the report by the Investigating Officer of Belghoria Police Station Case No. 527 of 2020 dated 14.10.2020, I am of the view that the revisional

application has become infructuous.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 280 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
