Mr. Sinha, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that he has obtained the report of ASI Raghunath Barman of TFG P.S./CBR dated 3rd April, 2024. In the said report it is stated that the petitioner, namely, Manikamana Sharma had expired on 20th January, 2024 supported by a copy of the death certificate. Let the said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and, accordingly, disposed of.

Copy of the order be communicated to the trial court for due compliance.
