AND In the matter of:- Baneswar Sarkar ... petitioner The present revisional application was preferred in connection with Islampur Police Station Case No.333 of 2011, dated 31.05.2011, under Section 313 of the Indian Penal Code. Records reflect that at the time of admission of the revisional application on or about 7th May, 2012, interim order was passed till 29th August, 2012 and the said order was extended till 7th of December, 2012. When the matter has been taken up none apprised this Court regarding the present stage of the proceedings as to whether the said F.I.R. has finally been converted into a charge-sheet and report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed before the jurisdictional Court. Thus, the present stage being not available before this Court, no interference is called for.

Accordingly, C.R.R.251 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
