AND In the matter of:- Arunlal Roy ... petitioner The present revisional application was preferred in connection with Case No. C-332 of 2009, then pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. Records of the revisional application reflect that although the revisional application was preferred in the year 2012 but till date the same has not been admitted.

Having regard to the fact that no information has been furnished regarding the present stage of proceedings and that the complaint case is of the year 2009, this Court is of the view that at this belated stage, no interference is called for. Accordingly, C.R.R.254 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act in terms of copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
