1. By way of this public interest litigation the petitioners would submit that the respondent nos.3 to 5 have started to construct boundary wall near the coastal area in the Bay of Bengal at Sankarpur in violation of coastal regulation.

2. It is seen before approaching this court by way of this writ petition appropriate representation has not been given to the said authorities except that a complaint to the police, namely, the 7th respondent.

3. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to give a proper representation to the appropriate authority of the Tourism Department and the Fisheries Department along with the copy of this order and if such representation is given, the concerned authority shall deal with the representation and take a decision on merit and in accordance with law within a period of

three weeks from the date on which the representation is submitted.
