2. The learned advocate appearing for the appellants submits that the certified copy was filed in the department. However, it is not in the case file. If the certified copy is lying in the department, the department shall return the certified copy to the learned advocate appearing for the appellants and after obtaining acknowledgement.

3. This order shall form part of the order dated 15th June, 2023.
