We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner demanded ransom. They had absconded and were not available during investigation. Custodial interrogation during further investigation may reveal incriminating evidence. 3.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid facts and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.
