I do not find any infirmity in the decision of the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation in rejecting the bid of the petitioners.

The petitioners submitted a credential for a work jointly executed with K. Banerjee & Brothers Civil Construction (P) Ltd in support of their bid. In this relevant tender, the petitioners participated in their own capacity.

Therefore, the credential produced in favour of the petitioners has rightly been rejected by the Corporation. Accordingly, WPA 2830 of 2025 is dismissed.
