It appears from the earlier order dated January 18, 2022 that the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner sought for two weeks time.

Today, when the matter is called on, none appears for the petitioner also.

Learned Advocate on behalf of the State is present. In such circumstances, I do not find any reason to continue with this application while the petitioner is not at all interested to proceed with the application.

Accordingly, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
