The present writ petition was tagged with WPA 2833 of 2025 since in WPA 2833 of 2025 the petitioner has challenged the demolition order of the same property wherein in WPO 479 of 2024 the petitioner has sought the execution of the demolition order dated 22.04.2019.

Since the petitioner has withdrawn WPA 2833 of 2025 wherein he had sought challenge to the demolition order passed by the respondent, the other writ petition being WPO 479 of 2024 is de-tagged and shall be listed in its original position on the Original Side.
