Petitioner complains of police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the State respondents submits that, the petitioner and the private respondents are relatives. There were numerous quarrels between them. The police enquired into the complaint made by the petitioner and on completion of the enquiry submitted a prosecution under Section 107 of Criminal Procedure Code.

In such circumstances, the police having taken steps as noted, no further interference is called at this stage.

W.P.A. 3241 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
