In those circumstances, the Chairman, DPSC, South 24 Parganas shall refer the petitioner's case to the CMOH, South 24 Parganas.

Based on the opinion of the CMOH, South 24 Parganas, let a suitable decision be taken by the Chairman, DPSC, South 24 Parganas in accordance with law within a period of two months from date.
