Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner prays for relief of getting the benefit of settlement scheme which according to the respondent is not available at present and furthermore, formalities of the scheme has not been complied with by the petitioner and as such there is no scope of granting any relief in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA No.3242 of 2021 is dismissed.
