1. The Inspector-in-Charge, Kalyani Police Station has filed a report dated 15.06.2023 and the same is taken on record.

2. It appears that the original I.O. has been censured and new I.O. has been appointed.

The new I.O. has frozen an account of the State Bank of India having credit balance of Rs.84,127/-, into which the petitioner's money may have travelled.

3. The petitioner may apply in the court below for payment of the said money in accordance with law.

4. It appears that four accused persons did not respond to notice under Section 41(A) of the Cr. P. C. Kalyani Police Station has submitted a Charge Sheet No. 273 of 2023 dated 09.06.2023.

5. The new I.

O.

is at liberty to file supplementary charge sheet since Section and are mutually exclusive.

Warrants of arrest against accused person may be obtained and executed to compel them to participate further investigation and trial.

6. The contempt application is disposed of.

7. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

8. There will be no order as to costs.
