The present writ petition has been filed seeking implementation of the demolition notice dated 30.10.2024 and 09.01.2024 wherein it is stated that the entire property has been constructed without any sanctioned building plan.

Though there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the Howrah Municipal Corporation is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law, as deemed fit.

Learned Counsel for the respondent no. 6 states that he has not been given an opportunity of hearing at the time of passing of the impugned order. 5.

Learned Counsel for the respondent is always at liberty to challenge the said demolition order in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
