The instant revision was filed on 19th January, 2007 praying for quashing of the charge sheet filed in connection with Asansol (South) Police Station Case No.191 of 2006 under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. As on this date there is no order of stay against the proceeding sought to be quashed by the petitioners. It is presumed that trial of the case was taken up and in the meantime it might be concluded.

After such long lapse of time I do not find any merit in the instant criminal revision.

Accordingly, the instant revision is dismissed for default.
