It appears that on February 19, 2007 when the matter was first heard by this Court a direction had been given upon the petitioner to effect service of notice upon the opposite parties. weeks. It also appears that since then no steps have been taken by the petitioner.
In light of the same, I am of the view that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing this lis.
Accordingly, this criminal revisional application is dismissed for default.
The department shall communicate the order passed in Court today to the court below.
The department concerned shall ensure the acknowledgement of receipt of such communication. A report of compliance to be placed before this Court after two weeks.
The lower court is directed to expeditiously act in accordance with law.
