Re: CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old No: CRAN 961 of 2020) Mr. Saibal Bapuli, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioner No.1, Tonku Sk. and Md. Imarun Hossain, is same and identical person, petitioner No.2, Piklu Mondal and Kamrujjaman Mondal is same and identical person, petitioner No.3, Mintu Mondal and Sadikujjaman Mondal is same and identical person, petitioner No.4, Chhana Sk. @ Sanaullah Sk. and Sanaulla Sk is same and identical person, petitioner No.5, Mekrail Sk. @ Md Mekrail Sk and Md. Mekrail is same and identical person and petitioner No.6, Selim Sk @ Md Selim Sk and Md. Selim is same and identical person and the same is established from the communication received by him from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Berhampore P.S., Murshidabad.

The report filed by Mr. Bapuli shall form part of the record. We have gone through the said report. On the basis of the submission made by Mr. Bapuli and the report filed by the concerned Sub-Inspector of Police, we allow the prayer for amendment of the cause title of CRM 1190 of 2020. The department shall carry out the amendment within one week from the date of communication of this order. In view of the aforesaid corrections, the time to comply with the order dated 5th February, 2020 is extended by four weeks from date.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old No: CRAN 961 of 2020) stands disposed of.
