In this revisional application, prayer has been made for early disposal of Miscellaneous Case No. 41 of 2013. Considering the nature of the prayer, I find no reason to ask the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite party and service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with. It appears from the record that Miscellaneous Case is pending since 2013 and the Miscellaneous Case is yet to be disposed of.

Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Barasat is requested to dispose of the Miscellaneous Case No. 41 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible preferably within three month from the date of receipt of this order, without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties to the Miscellaneous Case.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Barasat.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
