3. In pursuance of the direction passed by this Court dated 13.08.2025, a report is submitted by the I.C., Kalichak P.S., Malda indicating that during pendency of this appeal, the sole appellant/convict, Abdul Gafur, has expired.

4. A photocopy of certificate of death of the said appellant is collected and annexed to the report, which also affirms the death of the said appellant.

5. The report submitted by the I.C., Kaliachak P.S., Malda, is taken on record.

6. As the sole appellant/convict has been expired during pendency of this appeal, the instant appeal be and the same is hereby dismissed as abated.

7. Let a copy of this order along with TCR be sent down to the learned Trial Court immediately.
