In this matter, petitioners are aggrieved by nonconsideration and sitting over his representation dated 9th November, 2020 as appears from Annexure P-6 to the writ petition making prayer before the Assistant Commissioner of Excise GST Bankura Division/respondent No.1 for allowing him to deposit service tax as per issued Form-SVLDRS-3.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No. 3250 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the Assistant Commissioner of Excise GST Bankura Division/respondent No.1 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 9th November, 2020 in accordance with law and by passing reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or their authorised representative within six weeks from the

date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioners within one week thereafter.
