Vs.

The State of West Bengal & Anr.

Mr. P. Bhattacharjee Mr. Subham Bhakat ... for the State The present revisional application of the year 2020 has been preferred against G.R Case No.374 of 2015 arising out of Rishra Police Station Case No.34 of 2015 dated 04.03.2015 under Sections 448/323/506/341/307/379 and 34 of the IPC pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court at Serampore, Hooghly. Learned counsel appearing for the State has submitted a memo of evidence along with copy of the order of the trial court in the said proceeding wherein it appears that G.R case has been finally disposed of and the petitioners/accused persons have been acquitted from the said case.

None appears for the petitioners but considering the report submitted by the learned counsel for the State, present revisional application has now become infructuous and accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of as infructuous. Report filed by the learned counsel for the State be kept with the record.
