It appears that in furtherance to the objection lodged by the petitioner, the Assistant Assessor Collector (S) requested the parties to appear for a hearing on July 20, 2019 and September 24, 2019.

It has been submitted that the proceeding has not been concluded till date.

None appears on behalf of the respondent no. 5 despite service and service upon the respondent no. 6 could not be effected as the postal article has returned unserved with the postal endorsement "No such person is in the address."

As it appears that the matter is pending consideration before the Assistant Assessor Collector (S) for a considerable period of time, accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the

respondent no. 3 being the Assessor Collector (South) to dispose of the objection filed by the petitioner in accordance with law after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the parties immediately thereafter. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward copy of the hearing notices dated June 15, 2019 and September 14, 2019 to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court. The writ petition stands disposed of.
