The petitioner seeks engagement in any Sishu Siksha Kendra, on compassionate grounds after the death of her mother.

The learned Advocate for the Mission Director submits that under the Sishu Siksha Karmasuchi, no provision for compassionate engagement has been provided. It is further submitted that since 2012 all engagements of Samprasarikas and Sahayikas have been kept on hold.

The petitioner has filed a representation before the Mission Director dated January 25, 2022, which is annexure P/14 to the writ petition. It is in the interest of justice that the petitioner must be informed about her claims. The

authority shall dispose of the representation in accordance with law. The learned Advocate of the petitioner shall be represented before the authority. A hearing shall be held and a reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
