1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.
2. In spite of service, the School Authority is not represented.
3. The petitioner's application made sometime in the year 2018, has been rejected on the ground of 'single teacher' by the concerned authority.
4. The petitioner has not made any application before the appropriate authority thereafter.
5. The petitioner is directed to make an application before the appropriate authority i.e. respondent no. 6, by 10.04.2026 in the prescribed format.
6. In the event, such application is made by the petitioner within the stipulated time, the respondent no. 6 will dispose of such application by 15.05.2026, without withholding his recommendation on the ground that the petitioner is the 'single teacher' in her subject, as this issue has been conclusively decided by this Hon'ble Court in MAT 1218 of 2024 (Gokul Chandra Mallick Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) and in FMA 995 of 2025 (Rupak Dhua Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.).
7. In the event such application is allowed, the school authorities will immediately forward the same along with requisite "No Objection Certificate" and declaration to the respondent no. 5 within a period of two weeks from allowing the application.
8. The concerned authorities will take all consequential steps in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

9. The suspension of 'Utsashree Portal' will not be an impediment for the concerned authority to consider the application for transfer of the petitioner. The same shall be considered in an offline mode.
10. With these observations, WPA 3026 of 2026 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
