The present revision of the year 2020 is for quashing of the complaint case being C.R Case No. 51 of 2015 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Contai, under Sections 420/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
