Ld. advocate submits that, in the meantime, the petitioners have surrendered and they have been granted bail.

The records reflect that the ld. trial court being ld. JM, Bongaon was ready for final argument of the case. If, till date, final arguments are not completed, then, the ld. Magistrate on the next date or within a month thereafter would try to conclude the argument and pronounce the verdict of the case within sixty days thereafter. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 521 of 2024 is disposed of.
