Mr. Jayanta Kumar Mandal, Learned Advocate, appears for the Respondents-Claimants.

It is found that on last three occasions, i.e. 13th June, 2023, 3rd July, 2023 and 19th July, 2023, none appeared on behalf of the appellants to press the application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal.

Accordingly, such application for condonation of delay stands dismissed for default.

In consequence thereof, the appeal also stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All connected applications also stand disposed of.
