Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today by the Counsel for the petitioners be taken on record. The petitioners claim to have applied for the post of Asha Karmee in respect of Hogaldori Sekhpara SubHealth Centre under Ramchandrakhali Gram Panchayat. The petitioners further claim that they are not allowed to participate in the selection process. The petitioners' applications were not accepted. They made representations to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Canning as well as Block Medical Officer of Health, Basanti seeking to know the reasons for rejection of their applications.

Let the Block Medical Officer of Health, Basanti being the respondent no.8 herein dispose of the petitioners' representation within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the instant writ application shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
