The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted before this Court that if the instant revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned trial Court to consider all the relevant points which have been raised in this revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceeding before the concerned court, there would be no prejudice to his client.
The State is not represented.
I have gone through the materials on record including the revisional application. In view of the above submission and the materials on record, I dispose of the instant revisional application with a direction upon the learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Asansol, to consider all the relevant points at the appropriate stage of the proceeding and to dispose of the matter pending before him/her in accordance with law.
In fine, the present revisional application is disposed of along with all connected applications. There would be no order as to costs.
All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
