Mr. Anbu Bindu Chakraborty ... For the petitioners. Fundamental issue involved in this revisional application is a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Misc. Appeal No.13 of 2019 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Chanchal, Malda.

I am of the opinion that prayer of this revisional application does not demand any notice to be served upon the opposite party.

Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

Considering this facts and circumstances, learned Additional District Judge, Chanchal, Malda is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of the referred Misc. Appeal, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting unnecessary adjournment, unless there is extreme urgency.

Petitioners are directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite parties before the Trial Court as well as opposite parties.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
