1. A compliance report in the form of a reasoned order of the alleged contemnor dated May 6, 2025 is filed in Court today by Mr. Pinaki Dhole, learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor. Let the report be taken on record.

2. On perusal of the same, it is found that the order of the Court dated December 2, 2024 has been complied with by the said alleged contemnor by cancelling the previous order of him, dated January 20, 2025 and allowing post-graduate scale of pay to the petitioner.

3. It appears that by dint of the said reasoned order dated May 6, 2025 substantive compliance of the Court's order dated December 2, 2024 has been made.

4. In such view of the fact that there remains no further points for adjudication in this contempt application, the contempt petition being CPAN No. 223 of 2025 is disposed of.
