The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the subject matter of this application are certain orders passed by the Learned Special Judge (CBI), 2nd Court at Alipore. 2.

In view of subsequent events in the proceedings before the trial court, this Court is of the view that the grievances in the revisional application may have been redressed substantially. This Court, therefore, disposes of the instant revisional application with a direction upon the Learned Special Judge (CBI), 2nd Court at Alipore to expeditiously dispose of all the pending applications and commence trial, if necessary.
