Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than a year. He submits that although the charge-sheet was submitted, the charges are yet to be framed. He also submits that out of two other accused persons, one obtained anticipatory bail and the other was granted bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that charge is of murder. The petitioner is the husband of the victim. The incident happened within one year of marriage. We have considered the case diary. Given the materials available in the case diary, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
