Mr. Jaydip Kar Mr. Mohit Gupta Ms. S. Dutta .....for the petitioners Mr. Raja Saha Mr. Debraj Sahu .....for the State Mr. M.D. Khairul ......for the respondent Nos. 6 & 7 The dispute with regard to issue of a permanent licence has now been settled between the petitioners and the private respondent Nos. 6 and 7. The only procedural hitch which remains is the NOC from the Kolkata Police.

Learned counsel appearing for the Excise Authorities submits that the completed and approved application was forwarded to the Police on 12.05.2023. WPA 2738 of 2023 is disposed of by extending the interim order to continue until the Police Authorities issue the NOC in favour of the petitioners and the private respondents which shall preferably be done within four weeks from today or until the formal/regular licence is issued by the authorities, whichever is latter.
