According to the learned advocate there is no possibility of the trial commencing very soon as some of the other accused are still absconding. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that charge-sheet has been submitted under the relevant provisions of the BNS, POCSO Act and Immoral Traffic Prevention Act.

I have taken into account the statement of the minor victim girl as well as the medicolegal examination report. Having considered the same and the complicity of the present petitioner, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 390 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
