A report has been filed by the Sub-Inspector of Police of Chandannagar Police Station pursuant to our order dated 10 August, 2021. Let the same be kept on record. It appears from the report that the chemical analysis report has been made available and charge sheet has been submitted. September 10, 2021 has been fixed as the date for consideration of charges.

In view of the above and also in view of the fact that commercial quantity of contraband items is involved attracting the restriction in Section37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.
