Petitioner was granted bail on 12.02.2025 after being in custody for 7 and half years.

Having considered that the trial has not progressed after the petitioner has been released on bail in the month of February, 2025 and the conditions so imposed are creating harsh circumstances for the livelihood of the petitioner, I am of the opinion that the conditions so imposed be modified to the extent that the petitioner shall enter the jurisdiction of Chapra Police Station and would meet with the Officer-in-Charge, Chapra Police Station once in a month till further orders of this Court.

With the aforesaid observations CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
