The petitioner has admittedly made over an amount of Rs. 30 lakhs to the Bank on 15th and 16th February, 2023. The Bank has received the money. The Bank now says through counsel that the petitioner is to give an additional amount of Rs. 7 lakhs to the Bank which may or may not be disputed by the petitioner.

This Court is however of the view that nothing remains in the dispute which was brought to the Court by way of a writ petition. WPA 2743 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of with the direction on the Bank to make over the key/keys of the residential flat to the petitioner by 4:30 p.m. tomorrow, i.e., 21st February, 2023.

Needless to say, the parties will have their respective remedies open to them for seeking recourse in accordance with law. The Bank shall also return the title deeds by the time directed.
