(Through Video Conference) The appellants are not represented nor any accommodation is prayed for on their behalf.

On the earlier occasion the matter was adjourned in order to enable the appellants to remove the defects. None had appeared on behalf of the appellants on the earlier occasion. We could have proceeded with the matter irrespective of the defects as pointed out by the department had the appellants were present. It appears that the appellants are not interested to proceed with this matter. On such consideration, we dismiss the matter for noncompliance of the order and for non-appearance on behalf of the appellants.

Accordingly, the appeal and the connected application stand dismissed.
