The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the neighbouring business owners of a petrol pump are interfering with day-to-day activities and are not allowing the petitioner to operate his business. The petitioner is running a shop for selling products of iron grill.

State has submitted that such a shop is existing. However, State do not agree that there has been any impediment created.

In view of the petitioner having approached this Court, I direct that if the petitioner is operating his business on the basis of a valid trade licence and there is no violation of law and in case there has been any interference from any individual on any complaint by the petitioner, the police authorities would oversee that his day-to-day business activities are not interfered with.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 3028 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
