1. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the first appellant died, leaving behind the second appellant as her heir.

2. However, despite intimation by the learned Advocate for the appellants to the surviving appellant no. 2, the said appellant did not turn up for depositing the requisites for service of notice of appeal on the respondent no. 2 in compliance with the previous direction of this Court.

3. Accordingly, FA No. 18 of 2021 is dismissed for non compliance of the court's order dated March 1, 2021.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

5. There will be no order as to costs.
