sg Mr. Ambu Bindu Chakraborty ...for the petitioner Mr. Lalit Mohan Mahata, AGP Mr. Prasanta Behari Mahata ...for the State Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record. The petitioner alleges that in spite of the fact that the petitioner has requested the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Bishnupur-II to give him the details of Memo No. 19/775/B.L&L.R.O./Bishnupur-II dated 14th September, 2017 issued in favour of Amit Pal, such details have not been furnished by the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer. Mr. Mahata, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioner is free to apply for a certified copy of the said Memo and if the same is done, the certified copy shall be supplied to the petitioner in accordance with law. WPA 2916 of 2026 stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to apply for the certified copy of the aforesaid Memo dated 14th September, 2017.

If such an application is filed, the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Bishnupur-II shall consider the same in accordance with law and take steps accordingly. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
