Considering the materials available in the case diary and having regard to the nature and injury of the victim as well as the extent of involvement of the petitioners in the alleged crime, we are inclined to hold that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The petitioner nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 shall meet the Investigation Officer once in a week until further order.

The application for anticipatory bail is allowed. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
