Declaration to that effect has been issued by the petitioner and it appears that Rs. 93,780/- has been paid, and accepted.

The letter of the Executive Officer & Block Development Officer, Kalna-I Development Block to the learned advocate for the State indicating the factum of such payment is taken on record.

On the last occasion, learned advocate for the petitioner had submitted that necessary instructions shall be taken.

Thus, nothing further survives in the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of without any further orders.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
