Mr. Debasis Kar Mr. Husen Mustafi Ms. Paramita Mukherjee Ms. Suhana Parvin ..for the petitioner After some argument the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the direction be passed upon the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, 1st Court at Barrackpore to dispose of the Miscellaneous Appeal No. 122 of 2025 expeditiously.
In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate on record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite parties or the learned advocate representing the opposite party before the learned judge of the appellate court.
In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, C.O. 434 of 2026 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court-1, 1st Court at Barrackpore, 24 Parganas (North) to make an endeavour to dispose of the Miscellaneous Appeal No. 122 of 2025 as expeditiously as
possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided the miscellaneous appeal is otherwise ready for hearing.
There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
