The matter was again listed on 3rd December, 2009 but none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner accordingly the writ petition was taken out of the list with the liberty to mention upon notice to the respondents. The matter was again listed on 09.04.2010 and directions were issued to the respondents to file affidavit-in-opposition within four weeks reply thereto within two week. As per the report from the office, no affidavit has been filed. The matter was again listed on 23.11.2021 but none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

It reveals from record, the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Hence, the writ petition being WPA 1607 of 2009 is dismissed for default.
