1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record.

2. Petitioners have prayed for appointment as Assistant Teacher for classes XI and XII based on their performance in 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for classes XI and XII.

3. However, learned advocate representing the West Bengal Central School Service Commission submits that 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for classes XI and XII has been set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide judgment dated 3rd April, 2025 passed in Civil Appeal arising out of Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 9586 of 2024 (State of West

Bengal Vs. Baisakhi Bhattacharyya (Chatterjee) & Ors.).

4. Since the selection process has been set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme court vide judgment dated 3rd April, 2025 no relief can be granted to the petitioners.

5. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
